Calling all breastfeeding mamas! The Feeder Frock by LaDy LaDuke is an awesome cover up to use while nursing in public. Why?? It not only covers the front of you, but the back too! That’s great if you need to lift up your whole shirt or if you’re walking and nursing. I love it! Other great features:
- Two separate panels of fabric for improved air flow – easier to move your arms and less sweating!
- Front, back AND sides of you are covered
- Ties to help hold the frock in place
- Neckline bends as you need it shaped – flat for more coverage or open to see your nursing baby
I was sent the Signature Pocket Couture Feeder Frock – pockets to hold your cell phone, pacifier, burp cloth… anything! This style has three layered ruffles from the neckline and gathered sides for more ruffles. I got the same black and white gingham print that is shown on this beautiful model:

Isn’t it cute?! I haven’t yet ventured out to nurse in public, but I can honestly say I’m excited (and a bit anxious) to try – and I can do it with confidence thanks to this lovely cover!
You should really check out the shop because she has so many different styles and prints, it was really hard to pick one!
One lucky reader is going to WIN their choice of feeder frock!!

God can bury your hateful anger go to web site art of war quotes
Sunday News Lancaster, PA September 18, 2005 | Dona Fisher / MATTERS OF FAITH I recently read an article about the largest bulldozer in the world. It’s a Komatsu D575A. This monster is 16 feet tall, 22 feet wide, and 41 feet long. It weighs 291,000 pounds and uses 440 gallons of diesel fuel in a 10-hour shift. The engine puts out 1,050 horsepower, giving it the ability to push or pull nearly 250,000 tons (Steve Farrar’s book “Getting There”).
Do you know what this monster dozer does? It’s used at the city dump. First, it digs a massive hole, and then buries the city’s trash and covers it over to hide the garbage.
Anger can be as massive as the huge dozer at the city dump. It can destroy whatever is in its path. A man said, “I’ve been angry for many years. In fact, I was even angry as a child. I would rant and rave, stomp, pout, hold my breath and throw all sorts of temper tantrums. As an adult I have destroyed one relationship after another with my anger. I swear at all the idiot drivers on the road and the stupid pedestrians who think they can cross the street anywhere. I have no patience with sales people, and I don’t trust authority. In the past I have beaten my wife and children. I just can’t seem to control my temper.” He asked Dr. Tim La Haye, “How do I deal with all this anger?” “Anger is a choice. These smaller temper tantrums can develop into grown-up explosions,” says Dr. La Haye, “and temperament-induced emotions can be ignited through years of distress or unpleasant circumstances.” We have all experienced situations of disappointments and misunderstandings that cause pain and suffering. Our reactions can change the course of our lives.
Symptoms of uncontrolled adult anger can manifest themselves as being short on patience, screaming loudly, pointing fingers, pounding tables, throwing objects, moving rapidly with life’s details, tickling children unmercifully, playing rougher with your dog, or verbally hurting loved ones. Anger can be displaced by taking it out on those who love us. For instance, a person has a bad day at work, goes home and yells at his mate, who then yells at his child, then the child kicks the dog and the dog runs after the cat, etc.
We cannot blame others for our own actions. Anger is your response to another’s actions. No one makes you angry. You make anger happen! It’s your choice to hurt others by your response.
“Keeping score of old wounds and scars, getting even and one– upping, always makes you feel less than you are,” says Malcomb Forbes.
Forgiveness is a good way to release anger. Two boys had a tiff and began bullying and hurting each other with abusive words and blows. One yelled, “I’ll never play with you again!” The next day his mother questioned why they were back together playing kindly with one another. He said, “Me and Johnny, we’re good forgetters.” Children spring back without holding grudges. Why can’t adults? Going back to the original pain where anger began, which often results in exasperation, impatience, irritation and annoyance, could help us forgive and be healed and then we could become “forgetters.” When we hold on to unforgiveness, we become hostage takers, which brings poison and hurt to others and is destructive. Ulcers appear not from what we eat, but from what’s eating us. Destructive anger many times requires imprisonment in order to manage control. in our site art of war quotes
Ask yourself the question, “What is my motivation for anger?” Remember it is possible to “win the battle and lose the war,” quotes Dr. La Haye.
“It is harder to win back the friendship of an offended brother than to capture a fortified city. His anger shuts you out like iron bars” (Proverbs 18:19).
“Do not associate with a man given to anger or with a hot– tempered man, lest you learn his ways and find a snare for yourself” (Proverbs 22: 24 – 25).
Think positive thoughts that anger cannot enter. You cannot carry a grudge toward anyone you forgive.
“God’s grace allows us to splash in the river of forgiveness, but not without stopping in the valley of repentance and stopping to observe our own reflection in the pond” (Anonymous).
There is a good kind of anger called righteous anger used toward injustice. Jesus displayed righteous anger when the rules of the temple were violated. In defense of God’s house, Jesus was moved to respond with righteous anger.
“In your anger sin not. Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry” (Ephesians 4:26).
God is bigger than any monster bulldozer. He desires to bury your angry trash and cover it over with his forgiveness, which goes deep into your heart, soul and mind, freeing you from the hurts and pain that created anger.
“Forgive one another, even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you” (Ephesians 4:32).
It is not God’s will for us to be angry. We can be assured victory over our habitual emotion of anger as we yield to the peaceful reaction of God’s love.
