Baby K'Tan review and discount

We got a baby carrier for daddy! I have a couple carriers to choose from, but most are made for my size (I’m a small, hubby’s an XL). I love “wearing” Ryan and really wanted to share the experience with Steve, so… we were sent a Baby K’Tan for review and I made sure to get an XL for Steve.

The Baby K’tan™ Baby Carrier is made entirely of soft, breathable 100% cotton knit fabric that is strong enough to hold a child from birth to 42 lbs. The unique patent pending design consists of two loops of fabric connected with a sliding support band. Parents can stylishly carry their babies in 8 comfortable positions, while freeing up their hands to tend to other tasks or other children. Babies can be snuggled and breastfed in the Cradle and Explore positions. They can also be carried upright, facing in or out, and as they get older, they can be carried on your hip.

There are so many ways this carrier can be worn! We had a little trouble at first getting used to using the loops (because it’s a different design than wraps we’re used to), but once you get the hang of it and find the styles that work for you and baby… it’s awesome! Hubby got this black one and this is actually his favorite way to carry Ryan too:

I’m a little jealous that I didn’t get the K’Tan in my size, but I suppose I should share ;) Besides, I’m ecstatic that my husband enjoys wearing Ryan! (and even more ecstatic that he does the laundry and dishes when he’s wearing Ryan, haha).

  • Rests comfortable on both shoulders
  • Easy to use, instruction manual included
  • Adjustable back support
  • Organic and 100% soft cotton
  • No wrapping, no hardware
  • Machine washable
  • Great for breastfeeding and kangaroo care
  • Comes with matching baby hat and sash!

You can buy a Baby K’Tan carrier for $57.99 (organic cotton for $68.99). Use this special discount code for 10% off your order: BABYDICKEY

MET LIFE PICKS UP POLICIES OF RIVAL.(Business)

Albany Times Union (Albany, NY) March 17, 1993 Byline: JAMES DENN Business writer The state Insurance Department on Tuesday completed a major part of its plan to protect policyholders threatened by the financial problems of Executive Life Insurance Co. of New York.

As part of the agreement, 72,000 Executive Life policyholders and nearly $1.5 billion in assets were transferred to Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

The action means that almost 50,000 Executive Life annuity holders and about 23,000 life insurance policyholders now become Met Life policyholders. About 1,500 annuity holders and nearly 3,000 life insurance holders opted out of the plan to become Met Life members. They will be repaid over three years. metlifedentalnow.net met life dental

We are pleased to bring this effort to a successful conclusion with policyholders getting 100 cents on the dollar and going to Met Life,” said Superintendent of Insurance Salvatore R. Curiale. “We believe we have done a solid job for the policyholders under difficult circumstances.” Under the plan, approximately 18,000 single-premium annuity holders who receive regular monthly payments through structured settlement awards and pension close-outs will continue to be paid by Executive Life according to provisions of a separate administrative contract with Met Life. web site met life dental

While Executive Life can no longer write life insurance, it is still responsible for these debts, along with the Insurance Department. In order to guarantee payments, the department has set aside $1.6 billion of Executive Life’s assets to pay the claims — $100 million of which comes from Met Life as payment for the assets and policyholders.
