Ok I just put Ryan down, asleep, and after I wrote the title for this post I looked over at him to look at how cute he is and he was staring, wide-eyed, right at me. Made me jump a little! Creepy little man. Haha.
Anyway… I don’t really have any updates on him, just that he is grabbing more, sleeping less (during naps), smiling more, crying less. Mommy and Daddy have it down pretty well, I’d say! Also, we cancelled his appointment with the pediatrician for his 2mo vaccines… I’ll post about that later. So here’s some pictures of the lil guy…
He likes being “worn” for 5 – 10 minutes and that’s about it.
Any guesses what he’s dreaming about? Can’t believe I caught the smile on camera!

Owen only tolerates for a certain length of time too. When he was younger, the only thing he’d tolerate longer than 5 minutes was the Moby wrap. Now that he’s older, I can wear him for longer amounts of time in my Ring Sling with the hip carry. So great for me because he’s 21lb and loves to be held!!

I think he is dreaming out his mama and how much he loves her.

Adorable!
Is the pocket sling the only kind of sling you have? My daughter never liked that much until she was able to sit up; then it was great for on the hip wearing.
A ring sling (padded or unpadded — they both have their advantages) is the BEST from infancy through toddlerhood, IMO.
My daughter really enjoyed the snuggli too… but she was ubercolicky and only liked being held upright, and in motion all the time.
Love the ergo too for when they are just walking but get tired easily.
