EcoMom kindly sent me the Episencial Playful Foaming Wash (hydrating hair and body cleanser). Since Ryan was born, Steve and I have tried to buy all natural, organic, “green” products. I recently discovered that the shampoo/body wash we’re using for Ryan has a score of 4 on the skin deep cosmetic safety database (you really shouldn’t use anything with a rating over 2–a rating of 0 is best). The Episencial wash is free from additives, parabens and petroleum and uses some organic ingredients. And… it’s cute and smells good. The bottle is designed like Eric Carle’s hungry caterpillar book 🙂 and it smells like all the yummy natural stuff that’s in it (fyi – it is fragrance free, but smells like the organic orange extract that’s used)! We used it tonight for Ryan’s bath!
