sleepytime lullaby

Do you have a certain song you like to sing to each of your kids? Rebecca loves when I sing and instantly calms down… Ryan used to like my singing, but most of the time he now tells me to stop LOL–unless of course he’s tired, then it helps him fall asleep 🙂 I love singing to my babies.

Ryan’s song has always been “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” He even has a sign above his bed that says it. Rebecca’s song is “You Are My Sunshine.” But I sing both songs to both kids… “twinkle twinkle” is what I always fall back on because it’s one of those songs you can sing on repeat–there really is no end, you can just  keep going… and going… and going lol.

Does it get any better than this? My two babies all cuddled up in mama’s lap:
