Summer in Rockford: Magic Waters Waterpark

I grew up in Rockford and that means I grew up swimming at Magic Waters. I loved it as a kid and spent many summers there with season passes. It’s crazy that now I have my own children that get to experience the same waterpark! Much of it is the same, but a lot has been updated and there have been a LOT of new slides and attractions added since I was a kid.

Magic Waters is one of the largest water parks in Illinois! It’s located just off I-90 near Rockford… you can’t miss it. Experience the Double Dare Drop 75 ft. Speed Slides, Tsunami Bay Wave Pool, Typhoon Terror Adventure Ride, and the thrill-a-minute Splash Blaster Water Coaster Ride! Enter the dark tunnel of the Abyss for lots of twists and turns or relax on the 1,200 ft. Splash Magic River.
