It goes on over your head like a normal sports bra, but it has dual adjustable side bands with three hook and eye closures so you can adjust as your needs change–as your baby grows during pregnancy and your size changes through nursing.

It offers support while still being wirefree to promote early stages of breastfeeding and has easy one-handed nursing clasps to facilitate nursing your little one. I own plenty of nursing bras and tanks, but had never before owned a nursing sports bra (or had ever seen one, for that matter), and it definitely makes it easier to continue workouts and still have the ability to nurse your little one easily!

It has a scoop neckline so you can’t see it under t-shirts, wide straps and racer-back design for support, and a breathable mesh back panel to keep mom cool and comfortable. It’s made of soft cotton for comfort and has a supportive inner sling for nursing.
