Mom’s Moments: fun at Moms.com!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Moms.com. The opinions and text are all mine.

When I had Ryan (our first–now nearly 4 years old) none of my friends had any kids yet. That was hard… motherhood is a complete 180 in your lifestyle and it’s definitely an adjustment. It can be very difficult to do alone. You have a million questions, you’re always wondering if you’re doing the right thing, you crave support and you reach out to other moms. I was very thankful for the internet and found a lot of new friends here when I really needed them.

Moms.com is just the place for all of that–support, communication, answers, friends, and fun. It’s a social network just for moms through all stages! A place where you can connect, share stories, ask questions, find friends, and simply feel supported.

I joined quite awhile ago and am happy to share it with you now so you can join, too! Come find me on there 😉

Once you create an account you can start sharing! The homepage shows latest posts, the new “buzz,” and you can write your own comment or view friends you’re following.

There’s a “Mom Expertise” section that’s like a forum where you can post questions and help out others with topics on getting pregnant, pregnancy, baby, toddler, preschooler, big kid, and for mom. I spend most my time in “toddler” 🙂 Isn’t it cute how my kids’ photos appear in their age category?

My favorite part is Mom’s Moments where you can share fun photos or create some with their images. Brag about your kids and how cute they are, show how they spilled milk ALL OVER or drew on the wall with crayon, share the newest milestone, or rant about how much coffee you need to survive. I could share mom’s moments all day 😉

Mom’s Moments

You can upload your own photo, like mine above. Then you can select the background design and color and add your own text. They get shared to a wall where others can view them and give them hearts or stars and share via social media.

You can also use images from Moms.com to create your Mom’s Moment. They have so many to choose from! Select your current stage and corresponding image, then fix your background, and add text.

Rebecca is currently into EVERYTHING. If I look away for a second she has the folded laundry in piles on the floor or she’s sitting on top of the kitchen table digging into our candles. EEK! She’s the reason for my “Is it Friday yet?!” plea for help, haha.

Come join me on Moms.com so we can share stories together and support each other–I’d love to see you there! Just go to Moms.com and click “Join Now” at the top to create an account. You can also find Moms.com on Facebook and Twitter!
