Juicer Recipe: Red Reviver

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Monk Fruit In The Raw. I received a promotional item and product sample as a thank you for participating.

We often buy Sugar In The Raw so I’m excited to try their new Monk Fruit In The Raw! It’s a wholesome, zero-calorie sweetener, made from delicious vine-ripened monk fruit native to South East Asia and it has the clean, sweet taste of sugar. You can use it as a reduced sugar and calorie option, like in this following juicer recipe (source).

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 small ripe tomato
  • 1 - 2½ inch wedge red cabbage
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 packet Monk Fruit In The Raw

Instructions
  1. Cut up all the ingredients according to the directions for your juicer or blender.
  2. Using a juicer, process the beet, carrot, tomato, cabbage, bell pepper, and pineapple. Mix the Monk Fruit In The Raw® into the juice.

  4. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.

The main sweetening ingredient in Monk Fruit In The Raw is simply monk fruit, a taste that works in any recipe that calls for sugar. It does not contain added table sugar, sugar alcohols (erythritol), or molasses. Monk Fruit In The Raw packets and Bakers Bags make for easy beverages or baking as they measure cup for cup like sugar and were created specifically for baking–have fun with it!
