Happy New Year!!! Did you make any resolutions? I had some ideas in mind… of course there are always things to improve… but I never actually sat down and wrote goals and made deadlines. I definitely need to do that!

It’s time for another monthly theme from Dunkin’ Donuts and their Mug Up Contest! Remember you can win some GREAT prizes and you can enter daily! The theme for January is Fitness Mug! Let’s see those yoga poses or new gym shoes! Favorite workout outfit or post-gym sweaty selfie? Haha.

Getting in shape is definitely a goal of mine this year! I’ve had two kids and never lost all the weight after the second… and she’s about to turn TWO in a month. Time to get rid of those last 10 pounds and get my abs back! I need to work on closing my abdominal muscles back up. SO… gym time! I’m excited about my gym membership and am working on getting into a routine to make sure I get there as often as I can.

Dunkin’ Donuts Mug Up!

My morning coffee is a MUST and it gets me energized before hitting the gym. I’ve said it before… this mama runs on Dunkin’! What gets you going in the morning and how are you staying energized in the New Year?! What’s on your list of resolutions?

Take your photo and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #DunkinMugUp or upload it on their contest site to be entered to win great prizes including a year’s worth of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, a $250 VISA gift card, and an extra-large gallon size Dunkin’ Donuts coffee mug!

Whether it’s simulation surfing or candlelight yoga, Dunkin’ Donuts wants to see how you plan to get charged in 2014. Upload a photo of yourself charging up with your daily coffee and launching a new hobby here for a chance to win prizes!
