But now think about how great it will be when you get there! 21 days behind you. 3 weeks to form a new, better habit. 504 hours on your way to improvement. 30,240 minutes invested in becoming healthier!
Did you make resolutions for the New Year? Even if we didn’t write any down, I’m sure we all have ideas about what we’d like to change. There’s always room for improvement, right? Do you want to eat healthier? Get in the habit of going to the gym or walking after dinner? Do you want to spend less time online and more time with the family (ahem, that might be me, lol)? Or maybe you’d like to start the habit of going to bed earlier so you can start your day refreshed and ready to go!
Use this simple calendar to track your progress and count down your 21 days to a new you! Download it, print it, and hang it by your desk or bed–wherever it’s likely to be a reminder each day. Make smaller goals along the way to help you reach your end goal.
I know new habits are hard to form. That’s why we weren’t doing them in the first place, right?! And 21 days can be a long time. I created these images of motivational quotes to help you along the way when the going gets tough. I hope they apply to many aspects of your life. Pin them, download them, print them, save them, share them… whatever helps you get through!
And when you may have slipped a little bit, get back on track and remember:
On your 21 days to a new you, don’t think about how far you still have to go. Think about how far you’ve come. As my 4-year-old would say, “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!” And then DO! Here’s to 2014 and a new you! Can’t wait to hear all about it 🙂

My mom always reminds me of the 3 week rule. three weeks may seem like a long time intially, but when you start checking off the days, it flies! small time to break a habit in exchange for big results.

21 days can feel like an eternity if you’re trying to kick habits like caffiene addiction or starting an exercise routine. Right now I’m STRUGGLING!

Great quotes! It’s true that it’s so hard to get in a new habit but so worth it in the end!

I love these quotes! I’m working hard on the last one. 🙂 I need to eat healthier, as well. Although 21 days seems like a long time… it IS doable.
