This post is SO ridiculously late, it’s embarrassing. Rebecca is 1 day shy of turning 15 months old and her 1st birthday party was three months ago. Basically, I took about 524302 photos and dreaded the task of 1) editing them and 2) trying to choose what photos to publish. AH! This will probably take me an hour to write Keep Reading Pretty in Pink 1st birthday party Ohhhh, Rebecca. Where do I start? It’s such an exciting milestone… to turn one… but it’s hard for your mama, too. The first year flew by so quickly and now my baby girl isn’t a baby anymore. It’s bittersweet. But even if you aren’t a “baby” anymore, you’ll always be MY baby <3 You know, Keep Reading My baby girl is one: a letter and birthday photos My baby turned three at the end of December, just after Christmas. He wasn’t feeling well on his actual birthday – we just barely got him to blow out his candles and eat some cake, but he didn’t even want to open presents! The horror. His party was planned for that Saturday, but because of all the illness going around Keep Reading Ryan’s Dino-Mite Dinosaur Party! As I typed that title, “my baby boy is three,” all I could imagine is how quickly the next numbers will come… “my baby boy is four” or “my baby boy is ten.” Every year seems to go by faster and every day I look at you I can tell how much bigger you are getting. It’s bittersweet… you’re at Keep Reading my baby boy is three Ryan turned two on Tuesday the 27th, ahhh! Steve had the day off work since Christmas Eve and Christmas landed on the weekend this year so that was really awesome. Steve made one of Ryan’s favorites for breakfast – biscuits and gravy – and then we headed up to Rockford to Keep Reading the big birthday boy! Dear Ryan, You’re TWO! Mama can’t even believe it, where’d my baby boy go? That picture seems like yesterday and so do all of my memories of our first two years together. It has flown by… please, please, please don’t get any bigger! You are quite the chatterbox now! You repeat everything you hear and you say Keep Reading my baby boy is two years old I know Ryan is only 1, but Steve and I have actually been discussing starting a college fund for him since before I pregnant! I’m sure other parents can relate. It’s kinda one of those cliché conversations that all parents have that loses priority after the baby is born.
