Clean Eating Tips for Beginners

As many of you know, my husband and I recently overhauled the ingredients in our kitchen. I went all in and threw away most processed and refined foods. Out with all the added sugar! We aim for fresh foods, organic meats and produce, less dairy, and the occasional complex carbs like whole grains. It has been wonderful!
