As a reviewer for the Mom Bloggers Club, I was sent a Closer to Nature Tommee Tippee bottle and a pack of Explora sippy cups. Tommee Tippee is a company from the UK where it is the #1 brand for infant and toddler feeding products… they’re new to the US and we’re likin’ it!
We love: the design of this bottle, the softness and realness of the nipple and – most of all – the nipple flow! Ryan had trouble with other nipples that are labeled “slow flow” or “0 months”–the milk still seemed to come out too quickly for him! Using the slow flow Tommee Tippee nipples, however, hasn’t seemed to cause any problems. We also like the wide neck which makes for easier cleaning with a bottle brush.
You seriously have to buy a bottle just to feel this nipple. It’s SO soft. It’s supposed to mimic the natural feel, flex and movement of breastfeeding. Ryan has no trouble switching from breast to bottle! It also has an anti-colic, anti-gas easi-vent and is BPA free! Find it here for only $7.99.
Obviously Ryan can’t use these sippy cups yet, but I can’t wait till he can! They each hold 11 oz, have a soft flex spout to protect gums, a hygiene cap to cover the spout, are BPA free and are non-spill and leak proof. I did test that out because I thought it was important. It’s true! No leaking! They also come in pink or purple. Cute, right?! Get this 2-pack for $7.99 here.
Find Tommee Tippee on twitter and facebook.
We are very excited to use these bottles as well! Glad to hear Ryan has had no trouble switching between them and breast!

I’m going to go purchase these bottles and try them out! The little one sometimes gives us a fuss over bottles when I’m not here to breastfeed.

Hi, I don’t normally publish comments on blogs, as I like to read only. But I find the article that you have written earlier has very insightful info, and I discover it very informational. Anyway, I’m wondering whether you might be open for link trade, as I hope that we are able to agree on a mutual link change agreement. Hope to hear a constructive reply from you, and have an excellent day!
