    That definetly does sound like childbirth….not sure how the temptation part would apply though. Lol. Regardless of the goal those words are encouraging.

    Doesn’t it?! And I thought of temptation as pain meds, since I want to do it all-natural! I love this quote because it could apply to so many… I know someone trying to quit smoking and this is perfect! Or someone trying a diet, etc…

    I guess so.. I caved into the temptation of pain meds. Lol. I planned my birth the meds were not included but I changed my mind during labor.
    It also reminds me of when I decided to really get back in shape this past summer. Weight has never been my issue but I got too soft and felt tired and weakget erring my old self back did hurt and took a lot but I feel great now and it was worth it.
