Our Holiday MOMents

If you follow me on Facebook, you know I’ve been living in a house of SICK for over a week. We basically missed Christmas and postponed Ryan’s 4th birthday party because of it…. as if this time of year isn’t stressful enough! I feel out of the loop and we’re just starting to climb out of this mess. There seems to be so much pressure during the holidays, but it’s also a time that CAN be filled with amazing memories… so let’s stop and enjoy the MOMents!

Sprout is helping us remember the MOMents–whether they bring laughter or tears, haha. With all the gifts to buy, presents to wrap, kids to entertain… the month just flies by!!! Did I make enough Christmas cookies? Did my kids see Santa and make handprint ornaments and see the light displays and watch the holiday movie at the library and and and… ahhh!

I created the photo above over at Sprout’s Holiday MOMents page where you can pick from a lot of different photo frames. This was Christmas last year when Rebecca was near a melt down and Santa might have been near one himself… with that look of panic in his eyes as Rebecca exposed his “beard,” haha.

This is about the only picture I got of the kids this year because we were all so sick! They’re even in their holiday Santa shirts even though you can’t read them at all in the photo, haha–money well spent 😉

How were your holidays? I hope you survived the month as stress-free as possible! We can get so involved with everything of the season that sometimes it’s hard to remember to slow down and just ENJOY! Sprout wants to help us remember all the MOMents–the funny, the outrageous, the sweet and priceless. So check out the great MOMents on their site and then create your own!

Happy New Year!
