Planning a Girls’ Night In: Raspberry Coconut Daiquiri

I love my kids, of course, but I love my mama time, too. I think some girls’ nights are an absolute must to save sanity! I have great groups of friends to get me out of the house once in awhile—the local moms club has a monthly “moms’ night out” and a group of friends I’ve known forever also tries to get together once a month! We usually take turns hosting and making dinner, sometimes we do something crafty, but we definitely always hang out and chat.

Here are some fun ideas on Foodie for drinks and snacks for a girls’ night in. We usually do dinner, but something tapas-style would be great—maybe each girl brings one and the host supplies the drinks?

Thanks to pinterest, we like to get crafty, too. We’ve made twine-wrapped letter wreaths, etched dish soap bottles, picture frames and more! You could also play a game or rent the newest chick flick. We leave the kids at home, play some nice music, and get comfy for a relaxing night of adult conversation!

This is one of my favorite drinks! It’s my own little mix for the best Raspberry Coconut Daiquiri EVER. We have some preggos in our group of friends, too, so it’s also really easy to make without alcohol and it’s still delicious!
