As many of you know, my husband and I recently overhauled the ingredients in our kitchen. I went all in and threw away most processed and refined foods. Out with all the added sugar! Winter in the midwest can be brutal—everyone gets sick, the house gets so dry, we’re stuck indoors… (ps: there are 26 days until spring).
