Juicer Recipe using Monk Fruit In The Raw as a sugar replacement (recipe from InTheRaw.com)
Ingredients
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 small ripe tomato
  • 1 - 2½ inch wedge red cabbage
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 packet Monk Fruit In The Raw
  • ½ cup cold water (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut up all the ingredients according to the directions for your juicer or blender.
  2. Using a juicer, process the beet, carrot, tomato, cabbage, bell pepper, and pineapple. Mix the Monk Fruit In The Raw® into the juice.
  3. For a blender, pour in the water first, then add all the remaining ingredients and whirl to the texture of a smoothie.
  4. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
