Juicer Recipe: Red Reviver

- 1 carrot
- 1 small beet
- 1 small ripe tomato
- 1 - 2½ inch wedge red cabbage
- ½ red bell pepper
- ¾ cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 packet Monk Fruit In The Raw
- ½ cup cold water (optional)
- Cut up all the ingredients according to the directions for your juicer or blender.
- Using a juicer, process the beet, carrot, tomato, cabbage, bell pepper, and pineapple. Mix the Monk Fruit In The Raw® into the juice.
- For a blender, pour in the water first, then add all the remaining ingredients and whirl to the texture of a smoothie.
- Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
