Raspberry Coconut Daiquiri

  • ~5 fresh strawberries
  • 6 oz (one container) fresh raspberries
  • 3 T sugar
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 cup Trop50 Raspberry Acai
  • ¾ cup coconut rum
  • 3 cups ice
  1. Combine strawberries, HALF of the raspberries, sugar, lime juice, and Trop50 in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and crush until blended.
  4. Serve for a virgin daiquiri - or -
  5. Add the coconut rum and blend.
  6. Garnish drinks with the leftover raspberries & serve. YUM!
Feel free to mix it up to make it your own! I love the raspberries and strawberries together and it really brings out the great taste of the Trop50. Adjust the amounts of sugar, lime juice, and coconut rum to your taste.
