When October hits, I’m one of those people that run out to get everything ready for fall, including pumpkin, pumpkin, and MORE PUMPKIN. I decorated for Halloween at the end of September. I found this recipe on Pinterest (where else), but it makes a massive amount of dough and had some random measurements (like using 1 cup + 2 T of sugar). Maybe it’s just me and the way I bake/cook, but I’m not that exact about anything lol. About a cup works for me! So here’s my take on it… like I said, this makes a LOT of dough (enough for 4-5 dozen cookies). Divide it in half and you’d be fine, unless you’re heading to a party.
