Jake & Sofia: new Disney at Kohl’s

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Kohl’s. I received a promotional item to facilitate my review.

Back-to-school shopping is starting and that means gearing up for fall! Kohl’s is usually one of our stops because I love the Jumping Beans clothes for the kids–they’re always comfortable and great quality; the sweats for boys are some of my favorites for Ryan!

There’s a new Disney by Jumping Beans collection available exclusively at Kohl’s stores and Kohls.com that lets your

Favorite Summer Firsts (with Puracyn)

This is a partnered conversation with Puracyn®. Any opinions are my own.

I have two kids and I remember when they both hit their first birthday I thought about how sad it was that all their “firsts” were over! Firsts of every single holiday, first tooth, first step, first word… every one celebrated! But I was definitely wrong. They are now 4 and 2 years old and we are still celebrating all kinds of “firsts!”

Summer is a wonderful time for new “firsts” as we explore everything around us, play outside, and take

6 ways to get kids to eat fruits and vegetables

Those days when my little toddler used to eat everything in sight? I miss those days. Now he has suddenly become he super picky eater and I better know his “rules” about his food or he won’t be eating. For example: heaven forbid if different foods on his plate are touching each other! Thank goodness for bento boxes and divided plates 😉 He also can’t have any “crumbs,” as he calls them—that basically means no toppings. No cheese sprinkled on his eggs or pasta, no pepper (visible, at least), no sprinkles on his cake!!!,
