What room in our home isn’t a playroom… right?! We’ve done our best since moving in here just over a year ago to separate the kids’ space from our space, but it doesn’t always work. Toys have a way of migrating. Everywhere.

It’s kind of weird to realize what memories you have of your childhood. I mean, many of them are just so random… sure you remember falling off your bike and scraping up your knee or your trip to Disney… but I also have memories of playing “panda family” with the boy down the street, leaving May Day baskets on the neighbors’ front doors, and… acting out plays with my brother for the video camera.

Ryan has just expoloded into the world of imaginative play recently. I love listening in on his conversations with his stuffed animals, hearing his stories about his cars and trains, and seeing his version of our favorite books as he “reads” to me.
