Undercover Mama Makes Breastfeeding a Breeze!

Have you ever pulled one of your favorite tops out of the closet only to put it right back in because it wasn’t breastfeeding friendly? I sure have! It’s frustrating when you finally fit back into your own clothes and then are unable to really use them. There will always be some tops that are the exception to this rule, but for most of my favorite tops, I found a different way to wear them! Undercover Mama undershirts have been a wonderful addition to my breastfeeding-friendly wardrobe.

There’s a lot of information out there about trying to conceive and ways to be healthy to prepare for a baby. My interview with Dr. Stork for Women’s Health Month

Last week I met with Dr. Stork (yes, from The Doctors and The Bachelor) to discuss Women’s Health Month and how oral health can affect overall health. What it basically comes down to is preventative care. So many complications can come from poor oral health, let’s just stop them before they start! Take care of those teeth!

A selfie with Dr. Stork, of course!

We met at Walgreens in Chicago for a Crest Pro-Health event. I got to sit down with Dr. Stork and ask him

There’s legwear and tank tops, shapewear and maternity wear, and tops for nursing.

New Year’s Eve party dresses

~This post on New Year’s Eve party dresses was written in a partnership with Dress First. All opinions are my own.

My “wardrobe” has taken a dive since becoming a mom… there’s a lot of yoga pants and comfy shirts. I don’t have as many nights out on the town like I used to so when those occasions come along I always feel like I have nothing to wear! Where’d my “party wardrobe” go?! So I’m always on the lookout for places I can get some great outfits and ordering online is even better–who

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Did you know that a woman’s risk actually triples from her 30s to her 40s and quintuples from her 30s to her 50s? Every year in the United States 100,000 women between the ages of 45 and 64 are diagnosed with breast cancer. Many of these women are experiencing menopause at the same time–one-third of the female population in the US (35 million) have currently reached menopause.

Estroven has teamed up with the Avon Foundation for Women to support the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and raise
