Ah, the summer life of a teacher

I’ve officially been a SAHM (stay-at-home-mom) for just over a month now. I’m an instructor at our local college, but have the summers off. I remember my very first totally free day after school was over… I said, “what are we going to do?!?!” And by “we,” I meant me and Ryan!

Do you remember the days when you’d run errands alone and you’d use the time to call a friend? Shopping alone was boring so you’d get a friend on the phone and chat while getting groceries or looking for clothes.

Now?

Oh.my.god. I’m alone. ME TIME. If anyone talks to me or calls me or interrupts my mindless thoughts, THEY DIE.
